The placement of orders will only be possible through your acceptance and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to anyone who places an order either online, by phone, email or in person with Emily Margaret. Before placing an order with Emily Margaret, you agree to the Terms and Conditions stated here. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, then you are prohibited to place an order with Emily Margaret.
A compulsory deposit is required to be paid for all items ordered. The deposit amount will be calculated depending on the size of the order. The pre-paid deposit will then be taken off of the final price of the item. Payment is made available by paying the deposit by Bank Transfer, PayPal or by Cash. The pre-paid deposit will then be taken off of the final price to pay and the remainder of the cost of goods must then be paid in cash, bank transfer or PayPal upon collection or delivery. Customers are not able to take away their goods without providing full payment first. Failure to collect an item or cancelling any order after it has been placed will result in your deposit not being refunded to you.
For items which are collected, Emily Margaret will not be held responsible for any damage caused to items once they have left the premises. If damage occurs to items which are delivered, then a discount can be organised, however Emily Margaret is not required to provide a full refund of the damaged item.

These Terms and Conditions are written in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right
or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by
a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in effect. These Terms and Conditions establish the entire agreement between us regarding our website,
and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the website.
All images and media used on Emily Margaret are all original, none have been taken from a third party. Any branding or popular icons that may appear in the items available through Emily Margaret may not be endorsed by Emily Margaret. Emily Margaret retains the right to change or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If an amendment is made, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Emily Margaret collects data such as Names, Addresses, Telephone Numbers and Email Addresses. All other forms of data are used for business purposes including communication with customers as well as receiving payments for services rendered and the delivery of goods. All submitted payments are tokenized and handled by the Stripe System. As such, Emily Margaret does not hold or contain any card details. Data such as Names, Addresses, Telephone Numbers and Email Addresses are stored either in hard copy or in communication correspondence. The data is inaccessible to anyone outside of Emily Margaret. All data collected will be stored for a maximum of 2 years, at which point the data will be destroyed. The information provided to Emily Margaret is kept highly confidential and not shared with any third parties (unless written permission has been given in writing) or sold to any other companies. Social Plugins, such as Facebook and Instagram, are used on emilymargaret.co.uk. The use of these buttons allows the relevant social network to retrieve data once clicked and are also able to retrieve data without further interaction if you are logged in to these social networks. If you do not want your data to be collected through these social networks and associated with your visit to Emily Margaret, then you need to log out of the relevant social networks before entering the Emily Margaret website and using the buttons.
